Solar Energy Trade Shows recently announced that the Solar Power International (SPI) 2011 conference and trade show will take place in Dallas, Texas, at the Dallas Convention Center on October 17-21. SPI is the largest B2B conference and trade show in North America for the solar energy industry and was recently recognized by Tradeshow Week as one of the Top 50 fastest growing trade shows in the country. The 2009 conference had more than 25,000 attendees.
“We are excited to take Solar Power International 2011 to Dallas,” said Brian Tully, SETS Executive Director. “Texas is the energy hub in this country and an emerging market for solar power. SPI and the Lone Star State are a perfect fit for one another. We look forward to highlighting this important market and building upon SPI’s previous successes in being the premier solar event in the United States.”
Solar Power International has posted record growth for the last 5 years, mirroring the exponential growth of the U.S. solar market.

Badran birth date: 1-10 -1998 (age: 12 years &3 months – student at the 7th grade)

Our innovation is about solar energy
Our innovation is called: formation of solar cells from plants
Our goal: This invention has moved a step closer to overcoming one of the troubles to manufacture a low-cost solar cell formed from plants as in photosynthesis process by our special and simple equation.
We had a certificate application form for a patent (No.1698/2010) from the Egyptian Academy Of Scientific Researcher And Technology on 30-9-2010(website http://www.asrt.sci.eg/en/).
We are also members in the Egyptian Inventors Union (website http://www.egyptian-inventors-union.co.cc/)
Which is a foundation working on a group of Egyptian researchers and inventors under construction according to the law 12/1995, non-profit under International Federation of Inventors’ Associations (IFIA website http://www.invention-ifia.ch/)

2010; we won the special prize for underage students in INTEL BASEF 2010 in Alex.-Egypt in March for innovation called (solar charger for mobile phone)
2010; we won the first place prize of small inventors in 2ed Innov-Tech international competition in Cairo – Egypt.
